Seintje.

Terms

These terms apply to every Seintje pass. Seintje is a service provided by Het Seintje, Roerstraat 20/3, 1078 LP Amsterdam, Dutch business registration 42210344, joris.m@hotmail.nl.

1. What Seintje does

Seintje checks Apple's public pickup availability for your selected variants and stores and sends notifications through the channels you choose. A store is checked while an active pass follows it. Seintje is not affiliated with Apple, does not reserve or buy anything and cannot guarantee stock, accuracy, delivery of an alert or a successful purchase.

2. Your pass

A pass costs € 6,99 in EUR and runs for 30 days after payment, with up to 2 variants and 40 stock texts. It never renews automatically. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges.

3. Start for free

The first 40 users receive one free pass for 14 days, including up to 20 stock texts. Previous confirmed free users count toward this limit. Your spot is held for 30 minutes for verification. The pass starts when confirmed and ends automatically. Stopping or expiry does not free another launch spot. A new pass or extension is paid and is never purchased automatically.

4. Withdrawal

You have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you request an immediate start, you pay proportionately for days already used if you withdraw; the remainder is refunded within 14 days. Contact joris.m@hotmail.nl.

5. Interruptions

If Seintje cannot check stock for more than 24 consecutive hours, we extend your pass by that time. Your carrier, connection and phone settings can delay or prevent notifications.

6. Liability

We are not liable for a missed purchase. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the pass except in cases of intent or gross negligence, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

7. Questions and complaints

Contact joris.m@hotmail.nl; we aim to reply within 5 business days. Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.
